Ever since I updated my Horizon environment to View Agent 6.1 (from 6.0.2), I get either customization timeouts or protocol failures. This does not happen to all VM's in this pool, only a small portion. I'm not sure what is causing this. The only thing that I did in this master image was install the new version of the view agent. The IP address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX you have entered for this network adapter is already assigned to another adapter Name of adapter. Name of adapter is hidden from the network and Dial-up Connections folder because it is not physically in the computer or is a legacy adapter that is not working. May 31, 2019 An Horizon 7 component was upgraded, and the virtual machine must be restarted to allow View Agent or Horizon Agent to operate with the upgraded component.
